I don't condone steriod use, by any means, but would someone please explain to me why Marion Jones ends up in jail while pro wrestlers, baseball players, and those in other pro sports, somehow manage to elude jail time and continue playing?  Not only that, but they are pretty much rewarded for  illegal substance use.  Is she the only athlete they've been able to prove steroid use? I would find that doubtful.  Makes you wonder doesn't it - a little payola involved at the pro sport level. I'm just saying.

I think she was also convicted of check fraud, so maybe that's why she got jail time. It's really sad how she made a mess out of her life.
