Vincent DeDomenico died last week.  Who is Mr. DeDomenico, you ask?  I'll give you a hint - he invented the San Francisco treat, which was a staple at our dinner table when I was a kid.   That's rice-a-roni for those of you who weren't so lucky to be served it every single night.
