One freaking 90 degree day and the power goes out. On top of it, the batteries in my flashlight are dead.  When it's this hot, really the last thing you want to do is light candles. The whole neighborhood is without power yet somehow my neighbor is able to blast his stereo. Explain that? generator?  I'd go to bed but it's too hot to sleep and the music's too loud. As Bruce Willis would say Yippee Ky Eye Something!

Awww...I'm sorry Ann. At least you have the internet (I assume somewhere there is power?)to entertain you when the music is not. ;)

Actually it turned out to be a brown out so we had low power and the wireless could still run and apparently my neighbors stereo. He turned it off a short time later so I think the low power was screwing his stereo up.
