Britney Spears was  photographed pumping gas last night.  No, that's not the shocking part - she apparently doesn't like to wear underwear to the gas station.  What the hell is wrong with that girl - between the heavy partying (with Paris Hilton and Lindsay Lohan, no less), no underwear, and who knows what else - it's pathetic.  Here's a thought, Brit -  go home to your babies and start acting like a grownup!

Hope you all have a safe and happy Thanksgiving holiday!

Salton has come out with a new coffeemaker, the $200 Melitta Smart Mill & Brew. It apparently has a wireless system that will allow it to display current weather conditions and forecasts.  Am I the only person who hasn't been waiting for such a thing?  If they ever make a coffee maker that cooks dinner, does the laundry, and cleans the house - give me a call.  Otherwise, just not interested.

Losing My Religion

Wondering what religion your beliefs actually make you suited for? Check out the belief-o-matic.  I, apparently, should be Unitarian or Quaker.  I'm sure my Catholic mother would be happy to know that Catholic came in exactly last on my list.  Sorry, Mom, you tried.

A big shout out to everyone who voted yesterday! Voting Rocks! Michigan re-elected our Democratic Governor Jennifer Granholm and our Democratic Senator Debbie Stabenow. Unfortunately, Michigan also voted to ban affirmative action.  What a sad, sad, commentary.  In further news, the Congress is now Dem controlled and it looks like the Senate will be as well.   The really big news is that Donald Rumsfeld has resigned.  I think Cheney and Bush should follow suit.
